How to Make Gelatin-Free Dessert

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • Juice of 2 lemons (50 ml / 1.7 oz)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Blend well until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Transfer the creamy mixture to a glass dish or individual serving cups.

Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until the dessert sets firmly.

Garnish with lemon zest or your preferred toppings and serve.
