  • 4 cups (13.6 oz / 390 g) of powdered milk
  • 2 packets (1.76 oz / 50 g) of pineapple-flavored powdered drink mix
  • ½ cup (3.5 oz / 100 g) of chocolate sprinkles
  • Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the cold water and powdered milk. Blend until fully smooth and dissolved.

Add the pineapple drink mix and blend again for about 30 seconds, until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a large glass dish or individual serving cups.

Gently fold in the chocolate sprinkles, stirring lightly to keep them from melting.

Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until the mousse is firm and chilled.

Top with chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.

Serving and Storage Tips:

  • This double portion yields about 10 to 12 servings, perfect for parties, barbecues, or festive desserts.
  • If desired, you can change the flavor by changing the powdered juice flavor and continuing with the rest of the recipe.
