• ¾ cup sugar

Let’s start by organizing the ingredients. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Then add the egg yolks, sugar and powdered milk to the mixture. Beat all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.

Then transfer the batter to a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (356ºF) for about 30 minutes.

Finally, after the baking time has elapsed, remove from the oven, unmold the cake and it’s ready to serve.
