- 14 oz (400 g) of plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch (such as Maizena)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
First, place the plain yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth. Then, add the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.
Next, add the cornstarch, stirring until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
Afterward, pour the mixture into a glass baking dish or round pan lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 338 ºF (170 ºC) and bake for about 50 minutes.
Finally, remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours before serving. If desired, finish by dusting powdered sugar on top.
