- 3 packets of passion fruit flavored gelatin
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395 grams/13.9 oz)
- 2 cans of heavy cream (400 grams/14.10 oz)
- Chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions:
First, let’s prepare the passion fruit gelatin by dissolving the packets in 500ml of hot water, stirring well until completely dissolved.
Then, using a blender, combine the dissolved gelatin with the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Next, pour the mixture into a previously greased mold with a little oil or butter.
Finally, refrigerate and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Once ready, when serving, decorate with chocolate shavings. This is the entire preparation process.
