- 2 cups all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
For Assembly:
- 1.75 oz grated cheese (50 grams)
- 10.5 oz mozzarella cheese (300 grams)
- 10.5 oz ham (300 grams)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup creamy cream cheese
Instructions:
For the Dough:
First, in a blender, add the milk, eggs, salt, oil, and cornstarch. Blend for 1 minute until well combined.
Next, add the flour and blend again until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Finally, add the baking powder and blend for another 30 seconds, just to mix.
For Assembly:
In a greased and floured rectangular baking dish, pour half of the dough.
Then, layer with ham, followed by tomato slices, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Use a spoon to place small dollops of creamy cream cheese over the mozzarella.
Pour the remaining dough over the filling, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and decorate with tomato slices.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes or until the pie is golden brown.
