Recipe Ingredients:
- 10 Oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 7 oz (200 grams) heavy cream
Instructions:
Start by removing the filling from all the Oreo cookies. Set the filling aside. Place the cookies in a blender and grind them into fine crumbs.
Melt the butter and mix it with the Oreo crumbs until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, add the heavy cream and the Oreo fillings. Use a mixer to blend everything until smooth and creamy.
In a square glass dish, layer half of the crushed cookies at the bottom. Then, pour the cream mixture over it, and finally, add the remaining Oreo crumbs on top.
For decoration, you can top with extra cookies (optional). Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour before serving.
