- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) heavy cream
- Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup / 60 ml)
Instructions:
Scoop the flesh from the avocados and add it to a blender. Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lime juice to the blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
Pour the creamy mixture into a glass dish or individual dessert cups. Cover the surface with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
Place in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours, or until fully set and chilled.
