- 1 package of fresh lasagna noodles
- 2 jars of tomato sauce (about 680 g each | 24 oz each)
- 400 g of mozzarella cheese (14.1 oz)
- Grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and other seasonings to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C | 350°F. In a large baking dish, spread a generous layer of tomato sauce across the bottom to keep the noodles from sticking and to add flavor to every bite.
Lay a sheet of fresh lasagna noodles over the sauce, covering the entire surface.
Add more tomato sauce on top of the noodles, then layer slices of mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Continue layering sauce, noodles, and cheese until all ingredients are used, finishing with a final layer of sauce on top.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of oregano or your favorite seasonings over the top.
