- 4 cartons (28 oz / 800 g total) heavy cream or table cream

- 2 cups (16.9 fl oz / 500 ml) hot water
Instructions
In a blender, combine the hot water with the passion fruit gelatin, sweetened condensed milk, and cream.
Blend for 3–4 minutes, or until smooth and fully dissolved. Lightly grease a large bundt pan or ring mold with a neutral oil.
Pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until completely firm.
To unmold, briefly dip the bottom of the pan in warm water and invert gently onto a serving plate.
