- 200 grams (7.05 ounces) of heavy cream
- 1 cup of 100% cocoa powder
- 200 grams (7.05 ounces) of milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
Use a microwave to completely melt the chopped milk chocolate. Add the heavy cream to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder and continue mixing until a smooth, creamy texture forms.
Pour the mousse into individual serving glasses or a glass dish. If desired, decorate with strawberries or a topping of your choice.
