How to Make Banana and Oat Cake

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of fine oat flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

Instructions:

Start by organizing all the ingredients. Peel and slice the bananas, then add them to the blender.

Add the oil and eggs to the blender with the bananas, and blend until well combined.

Pour the banana mixture into a bowl, add the oat flakes, and mix well. Finally, add the baking powder and gently fold it in.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 35 minutes.

Let the cake cool, remove from the pan, and serve it for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
