How to Make Cheese Balls

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 grams/17,637 oz of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of tapioca starch
  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

In a bowl, add tapioca starch and eggs. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add grated mozzarella cheese, mix again, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

After resting, take portions of the dough, shape them into balls, and fry in hot oil until they turn golden brown.

Remove them onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil, and they’re ready to serve.
