How to Make Condensed milk cookies with 3 ingredients
Condensed milk cookies are easy to make and pair perfectly with coffee or tea. With a smooth taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture, they’re simply irresistible. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home. Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395g)
- 4 ¾ cups cornstarch (21 oz / 600g)
- 7 oz butter (200g), at room temperature
Instructions:
First, add the sweetened condensed milk and butter to a medium mixing bowl. Mix well using a whisk until you have a smooth, even mixture.
Next, gradually add the cornstarch, stirring constantly until the dough is firm enough to handle with your hands.
Then, knead the dough thoroughly until it becomes smooth, consistent, and no longer sticks to your fingers.
After that, take small portions of dough, roll them into ropes, and cut into equal-sized pieces. Shape into small squares or any shape you prefer. Optionally, you can use a spoon to gently pressmarks on the surface for decoration.
Afterwards, repeat this process with all of the dough and place the shaped cookies on a baking sheet — there’s no need to grease it.
Then, bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes, or until the bottoms start to turn lightly golden.
Next, remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Lastly, transfer the cookies to a glass dish to serve. Now, your delicious sweetened condensed milk cookies are ready to enjoy!
