- 2 cups of powdered milk (about 7 oz / 200 g)
- 1 packet of grape-flavored drink mix (about 0.9 oz / 25 g)
- 1½ cups of ice-cold water (about 10 fl oz / 300 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the grape drink mix, powdered milk, ice-cold water, and sugar (if using). Blend for 3 to 4 minutes, until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and shiny.
If needed, stop the blender to scrape down the sides with a spatula and ensure everything is fully combined.
Once the cream is silky and thick, pour it into a glass dish or individual dessert cups. Use a spatula to smooth the top for a clean finish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until well chilled and set. Before serving, top with fresh grapes, chocolate shavings, or any garnish you like.

- Very cold water makes all the difference! The colder the water, the firmer and creamier the texture will be. Avoid using room-temperature water.
