Meal Prep: Chocolate Dessert

Dessert recipe without milk and without gelatin. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home.

Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder (50% cocoa content)

Instructions:

In a saucepan over low heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until it’s just heated through (no need to boil). Then, remove from the heat.

Transfer the warm milk to a bowl. Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl gradually, stirring well after each addition until fully combined and smooth.

Line a glass dish with plastic wrap and pour in the mixture. Spread evenly and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.

Once set, remove from the fridge, take off the plastic wrap, cut into squares, dust with cocoa powder (optional), and serve.
