  • Juice from 2 lemons (about 3 tbsp / 50 ml)

In a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk and the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and creamy.

Next, pour the lemon cream into a glass dish or individual dessert cups. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until the dessert is firm and chilled.
