How to Make Banana and Cocoa Cake

Recipe Ingredients:
- ½ cup of 100% cocoa powder
- 3½ cups of ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Instructions:
Cut the bananas into smaller pieces and use a fork to mash them until they form a smooth purée. Add the 100% cocoa powder to the banana purée and mix until well combined.
Gently fold the baking powder into the mixture. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan (or lined with parchment paper).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then remove from the pan.
Decorate with banana slices or other toppings as desired, and serve.
