How to Make Ground Meat Dumpling

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 21 ounces (600 grams) of ground beef
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt, parsley, black pepper, and other seasonings (to taste)

Instructions:

Organize all the ingredients. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, flour, and chopped onion.

Season with salt, parsley, black pepper, and any other desired spices.

Mix everything well until you have a moldable mixture.

Take portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or your desired shape.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve with your preferred sauces.
