How to Make Easy and Quick Bread

Easy Bread for Snack or Breakfast. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Greek or plain yogurt

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the egg. Add the yogurt and salt, then mix well. Gradually add the cornstarch, stirring until you get a smooth mixture. Lastly, add the baking powder and gently stir to combine.

Lightly grease a skillet and pour in the batter. Cover the skillet and cook on very low heat until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the batter to cook the other side until it’s golden brown as well. Remove from heat and serve.
