- 15 ripe bananas/dwarf banana (about 1.8 kg | 4 lbs) — preferably “banana nanica” or any sweet ripe banana.
Instructions:
Start by chopping 5 bananas into smaller pieces. Place them in a freezer-safe bag and put them in the freezer. Let them freeze completely. Repeat the process with the remaining bananas.
Once all the bananas are fully frozen, remove them from the freezer. Gradually place them into a blender and blend until you get a super creamy and smooth texture.
Transfer the mixture into a serving glass tray or individual cups. If you like, sprinkle some cinnamon on top or add any toppings of your choice.
