How to Make Easy and Quick Dessert

Easy flan with few ingredients. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 200 grams (7 oz) of heavy cream
  • 395 grams (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 800 ml (27 oz) of whole milk

For the caramel:

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions:

For the caramel:

First, add the sugar to a saucepan, cook over low heat, and stir until it melts. Then, slowly add the water while stirring until you get a shiny caramel.

Now, pour the caramel into a mold, spreading it across the bottom and sides. Set aside.

For the pudding:

In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and cornstarch, whisking thoroughly until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Then, add the heavy cream and whole milk, stirring well to combine all the ingredients. Now, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Let it cook for another 2 minutes, remove from heat, and pour the mixture into the caramelized mold. Refrigerate for about 3 hours until fully set.

Finally, after the time has passed, remove from the mold and serve your dessert.
