How to Make Easy and Quick Dessert

It is a very simple dessert to make and combined with an afternoon snack. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 200 ml (6.76 fl. oz) of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 395 grams (13.9 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces) of heavy cream
  • 50 grams (1.76 ounces) of shredded coconut
  • Shredded coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions:

First, gather all the ingredients. In a saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk and cornstarch, and mix well until completely dissolved.

Next, add the coconut milk, heavy cream, shredded coconut, and margarine to the saucepan. Place the saucepan over low heat.

Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from the heat and transfer it to a glass dish.

Finally, sprinkle shredded coconut flakes on top. Refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours (or until firm) and then serve.
