- 1 cup (240 ml/8 fl oz) milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups (180 grams/6.4 oz) all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
Instructions:
Place the milk, eggs, oil, and salt into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Gradually add the wheat flour to the blender, blending each time to ensure a lump-free batter.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet and tilt it to spread the batter evenly, creating a thin layer.
Once the underside is golden brown, flip to cook the other side until lightly browned.
