How to Make Easy And Quick Pie

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 50 grams/1.7 oz of grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 box of heavy cream (200 grams/7.05 oz)
  • 1 + ½ cups of whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Salt (to taste)

Pie filling:

  • 10 or more sausages (sliced)
  • 200 grams/7.05 oz of tomato sauce
  • 1 can of sweet corn (drained)
  • 100 grams/3.5 oz of chopped olives
  • Salt (to taste)

Preparation:

Start by adding the liquid ingredients to the blender and blend for about 3 minutes. Then, add the wheat flour, mix until smooth, then add the baking powder, salt, and grated cheese.

Next, mix a little more, set aside the batter, and proceed to prepare the filling.

Pie filling:

Start by using a saucepan to add all the filling ingredients, let it cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Now, use a greased baking dish to spread half of the batter, then add the filling and cover with the remaining batter.

Finally, bake in a preheated oven (170°C / 340°F) until it becomes slightly golden. Turn off the oven, and it’s ready to serve.
