Recipe ingredients:
- 4¾ cups (600 g) of all-purpose flour/wheat flour
- 1 cup (8.5 fl oz / 250 ml) of warm milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp of margarine or butter (not heaping)
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- ½ tbsp of salt
- 2½ tbsp (0.13 cup / 40 ml) of vegetable oil
- ½ packet of dry active yeast/bread yeast (about 1¼ tsp / 4 g)
Instructions
In a blender, combine the eggs, warm milk, sugar, salt, dry yeast, oil, and margarine (or butter). Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
After resting, divide the dough into portions and shape into small rolls (or your preferred shape).
Place the rolls in a greased and floured baking pan, leaving space between them to rise.
Let the shaped dough rise again for 50–60 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
