Meal Prep: Easy Bread Pizza
Easy Recipe for Snack or Breakfast. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home.
Recipe ingredients:
- 200g (7 oz) sliced ham
- 200g (7 oz) mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf of sandwich bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt and oregano (to taste)
Instructions:
Start by preparing all your ingredients. In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook until it forms a creamy sauce.
Place slices of sandwich bread on a baking tray. Spoon the creamy tomato sauce evenly over each slice.
Add a layer of ham on top of the sauce, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
