Easy Christmas Dessert With 3 Easy Ingredients In The Blender

How to Make Christmas Dessert

Christmas dessert with few ingredients. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

First Layer:

  • 2 pineapple-flavored gelatin packets
  • 400 grams (14 oz) heavy cream
  • 250 ml/8.4 fl oz (1 cup) water

Second Layer:

  • 3 strawberry-flavored gelatin packets
  • 600 ml/20.3 fl oz (2 ½ cups) water

Instructions:

First Layer:

Boil the water, then pour it into a blender. Add the pineapple gelatin and blend for about 1 minute until the gelatin dissolves completely.

Add the heavy cream to the blender and blend for another 2 minutes until smooth and well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold and refrigerate for about 60 minutes, or until it firms up.

Second Layer:

Boil the water, then pour it into the blender. Add the strawberry gelatin and blend for about 2 minutes until the gelatin dissolves completely.

Let the strawberry gelatin cool completely at room temperature.

Assembling the Dessert:

Use a spatula to gently loosen the edges of the pineapple gelatin. Carefully pour the cooled strawberry gelatin into the mold.

The pineapple layer should float on top, while the strawberry gelatin should stay at the bottom of the mold.

Refrigerate the dessert for about 3 hours, or until fully set. Once set, the easy and quick dessert is ready to serve!
