How to Make Easy Dessert

Dessert in the Blender with Few Ingredients. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 400 grams (14 oz) of chilled heavy cream
  • 395 grams (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 grams (0.4 oz) of unflavored gelatin
  • 10 tablespoons of sugar
  • ½ cup of warm whole milk

Instructions:

First make a syrup, caramelize the pudding mold and set aside. In the blender, add the condensed milk and cream. Mix until well combined.

Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in warm milk and then place this mixture in a blender. Mix again until fully mixed.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until completely hardened.

Finally, remove the pudding from the mold and serve as a delicious afternoon dessert.
