Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 small tray of green seedless grapes (cleaned)
- 28 oz (790 grams) of sweetened condensed milk
- 21 oz (600 grams) of heavy cream
- 7 oz (200 grams) of semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup of powdered milk
Instructions:
In a saucepan, add 14 oz (400 grams) of heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and the powdered milk. Mix well until completely dissolved.
Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a cream (about 12 minutes). Then, remove from heat.
In a serving glass bowl, place the cleaned grapes. Pour the cream over the grapes and refrigerate. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate and 7 oz (200 grams) of heavy cream.
Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Pour the ganache over the cream layer in the serving dish. Optionally, you can add chocolate shavings and additional grapes for decoration.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours. After chilling, remove from the refrigerator and serve.
