How to Make Easy Homemade Cookie

Easy afternoon snack cookies with 3 ingredients. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 grams/ 17,6 oz cornstarch
  • 395 grams/13,93 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams/ 7,05 oz butter

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the butter (at room temperature) and the other ingredients. Mix well until you have a homogeneous dough.

Take small portions of the dough, shape them into balls, and place them on a previously greased baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven (180ºC/350ºF) for about 10 minutes or until they begin to golden. Use a fork to flatten the cookies.

Return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Enjoy your delicious Cornstarch Butter Cookies!
