- 1 cup of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ½ cup of milk
- Salt (to taste)

- Filling: shredded chicken, creamy cheese spread, and sliced cheese or other fillings of your choice (to taste)
Instructions:
Organize all the listed ingredients. In a bowl, add the egg, milk, and melted butter, and beat well. Then, add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined.
Pour half of the batter into a pre-greased skillet. Use a spatula or spoon to spread the batter evenly.
Add your chosen filling on top of the batter. Cover it completely with the remaining batter.
