How to Make Easy Yogurt Bread

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (wheat flour)

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Adjust salt to taste and mix well until you have a dough.

Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Take portions of the dough, shape them into small balls, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven 392 °F (200ºC) for about 10 minutes.

The bread is ready when it turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and you’re ready to serve.
