• 1 cup of powdered milk
• ¾ cup of sugar

Instructions:

1- First, use a mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then add the egg yolks, sugar and powdered milk.

2- Beat again until you have a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Now pour the batter into a greased cake tin.

3- Finally, bake in a preheated oven (180°C or 350°F) for approximately 30 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven, unmold and serve.
