Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 french or other bread
- 3 tablespoons (45g / 1.6 oz) of mayonnaise
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons (28g / 1 oz) of butter (or margarine)
- 2 tablespoons (14g / 0.5 oz) of grated Parmesan cheese
- 120g (4.2 oz) of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, butter (or margarine), Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Mix well until you get a smooth and even spread.
Carefully slice the bread rolls, making deep cuts without cutting them all the way through.
Spread the garlic cheese mixture inside the cuts and over the top of the bread.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Or in the Airfryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
