- 3 whole eggs
- 2/3 cup of oil – (150 ml)
- 4 cups of sour cassava starch – (500 g)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 1/4 cups of whole milk – (300 ml)
- 3 cups of grated Parmesan cheese – (300 g)
Instructions:
To begin, place the sour sprinkles in a bowl and mix with the salt using a wooden spoon. Set the mixture aside.
Then heat the oil and whole milk in a saucepan until it boils.
Then pour the boiling liquid over the starch and stir well. Now let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes to cool down a bit.
Then add two whole eggs and start working the dough with your hands. Then add the third egg and continue kneading until the dough reaches a slightly sticky consistency. Adjust the number of eggs according to their size.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the dough, kneading well until it is smooth.
Then preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 C). To shape the cookies, make small portions of the dough and shape them into the shape you prefer. Then place them on a baking sheet, keeping space between them, without needing to grease.
