- 500 grams/17,63 oz of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups of milk (half cold and half warm) (500 ml/ 16.90 fl oz )
- 1 egg for breading
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- salt to taste
Instructions:
First, brown the minced meat in the margarine. When the meat is well cooked, add the onion. Now wait until the onion has softened.
