- 3 eggs
- 4 small russet potatoes
- 1 ⅔ cups (13.5 fl oz / 400mL) milk
- ¾ cup (3.5 oz / 100g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Seasonings to taste (black pepper, paprika, fine herbs)
- Chopped parsley and green onions to taste
Instructions:
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a glass dish.
Then, add the eggs, milk, and seasonings to the glass dish with the potatoes. Use an immersion blender to mix everything until you get a smooth and uniform texture.
Next, if you don’t have an immersion blender, put the ingredients directly into a blender and blend until well processed. After that, transfer the mixture to a glass dish.

Soon after, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with some oil.
