Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (240 ml / 8 oz)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 + ½ cups of all-purpose flour/wheat flour  (195 g / 6.9 oz)
- 1 dessert spoon of baking poder (5 g / 0.18 oz)
For the Toppings:
- Tomato sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Ham, pepperoni, sausage, tomatoes, olives, or any toppings of your choice
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, flour, and baking powder.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased pizza pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is set.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pre-baked crust. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and your preferred toppings.
