Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Tomato sauce (for topping)
- Note: cup measurement is 240 ml/8 fl oz
Toppings:
- Shredded mozzarella cheese, ham, pepperoni, tomatoes, or other toppings of your choice
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, flour, and baking powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased pizza pan. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake the crust for about 20 minutes until lightly golden. Then, remove it from the oven.
