- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g | 14 oz)
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk (approx. 40 g | 1.4 oz)
- 1 cup hot water (240 ml | 8.1 fl oz)
- 2 packets flavored gelatin (any flavor) (50 g | 1.8 oz total)
- 1 liter whole milk (1000 ml | 33.8 fl oz)
- Disposable cups and popsicle sticks
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the gelatin powder with the hot water. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
In a blender, add the whole milk and sweetened condensed milk. Blend for about 30 seconds until well combined.
Add the powdered milk and the dissolved gelatin to the blender. Blend for another 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Assembling Your Homemade Popsicles:
Pour the creamy mixture into disposable cups, filling each one almost to the top. Place the cups on a tray to keep them stable.
Freeze in Two Steps:
- Freeze for about 4 hours, or until partially firm.
- Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup.
- Return to the freezer and chill for a few more hours, or until completely solid.
