Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 6 slices of ham
- 12 slices of cheese
- 12 slices of bread
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml of milk (approximately ⅓ cup)
- A pinch of salt
- Tomato slices (optional)
Instructions:
Start by arranging 6 slices of bread on a baking sheet.
Then place a slice of cheese on each one, followed by a slice of ham and another slice of cheese, assembling the sandwiches.
Next, in a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk until the mixture is uniform. Add a pinch of salt.
Now dip both sides of the sandwiches in the egg mixture, making sure the bread is well soaked.
Then put the sandwiches back in the pan and pour the rest of the egg mixture over them. If you prefer, lightly grease the pan with olive oil.
Then top the sandwiches with grated Parmesan cheese and, if you like, add a pinch of pepper.
