Recipe Ingredients:

• 2 + ½ cups of all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 + ½ cups of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of margarine
• 700 ml (23 fl oz)  of milk

Instructions:

Start by adding all the ingredients, except for the flour, into the blender. Then, blend well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Now, add the flour and blend again until fully incorporated. Pour the batter into a previously greased and floured baking pan.

Next, place the pan in a preheated oven 356 °F  (180ºC) and bake for approximately 1 hour or until the cake is golden brown. Then, turn off the oven.

Finally, remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, take it out of the pan, and it’s ready to be served.
