- 200g (7 oz) heavy cream
- 395g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (100g / 3.5 oz) cocoa powder
- 1 cup (240ml / 8 fl oz) milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet (12g / 0.42 oz) unflavored gelatin
- 5 tablespoons (75ml / 2.5 fl oz) water (to hydrate the gelatin)
- Chocolate sprinkles for topping (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with water until fully dissolved. Set aside to hydrate.
In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream, cocoa powder, milk, and sugar. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
Add the hydrated gelatin and blend again for another 1 minute until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased (with oil) bundt pan or silicone mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and firm.
Unmold carefully, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles (optional), and serve chilled.
