- 18 ounces (500 grams) ripe avocado
- 14 ounces (395 grams) sweetened condensed milk
- 7 ounces (200 grams) heavy cream
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Organize all the listed ingredients. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and set it aside.
In a blender, add the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice.
Blend well for about 3 minutes until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Add the hydrated gelatin to the blender and blend for another minute until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Grease a mold with vegetable oil and pour the mixture into it. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until the dessert is firm.
