How to Make Passion Fruit Pudding

Eggless and oven-free pudding with few ingredients. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 395 grams (13.9 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams (7 ounces) heavy cream
  • 1 measure of passion fruit concentrate (use the same measure as the sweetened condensed milk can)
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • Passion fruit pulp for decoration (optional)

Instructions:

First, in a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit concentrate, blending until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Next, prepare the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions (dissolving it in hot water and then adding cold water).

Now, add the prepared gelatin to the blender, blend again to incorporate, and then pour the mixture into an oiled mold.

Finally, refrigerate for about 4 hours (or until set). Once firm, remove from the mold, optionally decorate with passion fruit pulp, and serve.
