No-Bake Ice Cream Pudding with Chocolate Covering, Super Creamy

How to Make Ice Cream Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk (17 oz)
  • 200 grams of heavy cream (7 oz)
  • 790 grams of sweetened condensed milk (28 oz)
  • 1 cup of powdered milk (120 grams / 4 oz)
  • 4 egg yolks, strained
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine

Topping:

  • 200 grams of milk or semi-sweet chocolate (7 oz)
  • 100 grams of heavy cream (3.5 oz)

Instructions

Flan Base:

In a saucepan, mix the powdered milk with the sweetened condensed milk.

Add the egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and margarine. Stir until combined.

Gradually pour in the milk, and heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously. Cook until it begins to bubble at the edges.

Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and pour the cream into a greased mold.

Freeze for about 6 hours or until firm.

Topping:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time to prevent burning.

Add the heavy cream to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth to create the ganache. Let it cool.

Assembly:

Once the flan is firm, remove it from the mold carefully. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the top and serve chilled.
