Recipe ingredients:

  • 200g (7 oz) of heavy cream 
  • 395g (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup (240 ml / 8 oz) of fresh passion fruit juice
  • Passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Start by organizing all the ingredients. Then, dissolve the unflavored gelatin following the instructions on the package.

Next, in a blender, add the dissolved gelatin, passion fruit juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.

Blend everything for a few minutes until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

Pour the mixture into a glass dish or individual cups, then place it in the refrigerator.

Let it chill for at least 4 hours to firm up nicely.

Optional: garnish with passion fruit seeds for a fresh and elegant touch, and serve as an afternoon dessert!
