Recipe ingredients:
- 14 oz (400 g) heavy cream or table cream (2 cartons or cans)
- 14 oz (395 g) sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 1 ¼ cups (10 fl oz / 300 ml) warm water
- 2 packets (1.75 oz / 50 g total) strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the Gelatin:
In a medium bowl, mix 2 packets of strawberry gelatin with 300 ml of warm water. Stir until completely dissolved.
2. Add the Creamy Base:
Add the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream to the dissolved gelatin. Mix well with a spoon or blend in a blender for about 1 minute until smooth and fully incorporated.
3. Chill:
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased bundt pan or silicone mold. (Optional: line with plastic wrap to make unmolding easier.)
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until the dessert is firm and set.
4. Unmold & Serve:
Carefully remove from the mold and place on a serving dish. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries for a beautiful finish.
