Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake
- 3 eggs
Lemon Frosting:
- 1 can (395 grams/13.93 oz) of condensed milk
- 1 small box (200 grams/7.05 oz) of cream
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
Preparation:
Start by adding all the ingredients, except the flour and baking powder, into a bowl, and mix well using a hand mixer (or manually). Then, add the flour and mix well until you get a smooth batter.
Next, gently fold in the baking powder, pour the batter into a greased cake pan, and bake in a preheated oven (180°C- 356°F).
Let it bake for about 40 minutes (do the toothpick test) and then remove it from the oven.
Lemon Frosting:
